dork alert!
barack obama ditched the campaign trail for the bike trail over the weekend, offering gawkers and mockers a rare peek into the democratic nominee's casual-wear closet -- and it wasn't pretty.
from bad-fitting jeans and a tucked-in drabby golf shirt to black-and-white socks and a dorky helmet, even his bike with a flat back tire was just not good! but the professional fashion police were much more forgiving, arguing that obama's "regular-guy" look could help him shed his image as a buttoned-up politician whose idea of dressing down is rolling up his white shirt sleeves.
personally, i don't think he looks too terribly bad although i would probably make him walk a few steps away from me! the democrats have had WAY worse dork moments among their candidates then this one. let me remind you of a few of my personal favorites:
