just as a side note: jack bauer aka kiefer sutherland is out of jail after doing 48 days for a 2nd dui conviction. that seems like an incredible amount of time served considering all the bimbos who served just a few minutes -- britney spears and nicole richie just to name 2.

Jack, er Kiefer, could have done the same thing, but requested that he do his time in another place (Glendale, if memory serves) due to the over crowding issue. My guess is that he and his lawyers figured he'd be safer spending a month and a half in Glendale than he would if he spent 12 hours in L.A. My guess is that he made a wise choice. (Comment this)
