simply put, it's about saving lives

an unborn baby's heart begins to beat 18 days after conception, and her fingerprints are completely established during the 4th week of development in her mother's womb.  she sucks her thumb 7 weeks after conception and sometime between 9 & 10 weeks, this preborn sweetie squints, swallows, and moves her tongue.

its been said that if wombs had windows women would be far more likely to carry their babies to full term.

so have you heard of the Psalm 139 Project?  the Southern Baptist Convention is spearheading the project to purchase and place sonogram machines in every pregnancy resource center around the country.  these machines are very expensive and the centers do not have the funds to purchase the equipment or personnel to read the outputs. 100% of the funds raised go to securing and administrating these "windows into the womb".  it is the hope of the Psalm 139 Project to save babies' lives.

"for you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb...i was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body."  psalm 139:13-16

1 - That is a super idea! How much do these machines cost I wonder and are the technicians who run them expensive? Sounds like a big undertaking. (Comment this)
